How to Become a Producer

Our goal is to help you grow and retain your non-standard auto business. To become an Apollo Producer, please complete the Application below. Submit your application via email at Marketing@ApolloMGA.com or fax to 972-695-4036.

Appointment Process
Submit the following information along with your completed application:

  • Copy of your agent or agency license

  • Current Errors & Omissions declarations page

  • Photo copy of Agency owner's drivers license or valid identification card

  • Loss experience from at least 2 of your current carriers showing at least 12 months of loss data

  • Copy of a “Voided” check for ACH and Commission Deposit accounts.

Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered for appointment. After 30 days, a new application will be required for an appointment with The Apollo Group.
